1 Services Provided
Code and Rank offers specialized digital services including Custom Web Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Local SEO, and Digital Marketing strategies. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and schedules are formally confirmed prior to project kickoff.
2 Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of project invoices, final project deliverables (such as custom code, graphical assets, and unique content) become the property of the client. Code and Rank retains ownership of pre-existing core code bases, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies utilized during production.
3 Client Collaboration
Timely project execution relies on prompt collaboration. Clients are expected to provide project specifications, branding materials, and timely feedback. Unreasonable delays in asset provision may lead to revised launch dates.
4 Payment & Deposit Terms
Payment structures are detailed in agreed proposals. Development begins after deposit clearance. Due to the resource allocation required for custom technical work, initial deposits are non-refundable once production or optimization strategy has commenced.
5 Third-Party Platforms
Our solutions may integrate third-party tools, API endpoints, or hosting infrastructure. Code and Rank is not responsible for unexpected service interruptions, algorithm changes, or external policy updates enforced by third-party providers.
6 Performance & Liability Limit
While we execute search engine strategies following industry best practices, search results are governed by independent search platforms (e.g., Google). Code and Rank does not guarantee explicit position ranks. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from search engine algorithm updates.
